How long will it take to receive my order?

Prints:

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. From there you’re looking at around 5 business days before you receive your print. In very rare situation your processing time may be delayed due to high volume of orders or postal service issues that are outside of our control.

Original Paintings and Sculpture:

Sculptures are packaged and shipped individually by the artist, delivery times will vary depending where you are located. Processing time is typically around 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the package is posted so you can eagerly anticipate its arrival! 

How much does shipping cost?

Prints:

Shipping charges for your prints will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Sculptures and Originals:

Free shipping is offered on all sculptural  and original paintings that measure 16x20 or smaller.

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to the following countries:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

  • Russia

  • Belarus

  • Ecuador

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • Syria

  • North Korea 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Split Rock Art and Design is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Can I pick up my purchase?

If you are located in the Hampton Roads area, South Eastern Virginia, North Eastern Carolina or somewhere close by you are more than welcome to pickup your original art work (original sculpture or painting). Please fill out the contact info and let me know how you would like me to contact you.

Unfortunately my printer is not local so prints cannot be picked up locally.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your print order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Jonathan@splitrockart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Many of our products including framed posters and bulkier shipments are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Prints:

In the event that your print arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Jonathan@splitrockart.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We will notify our printer or shipping company of the particulars and will ship out replacement. Please allow same amount of time(7-15 business days) for replacement to arrive.

Originals:

If your original sculpture or painting arrives damaged please contact us immediately. Send description and photo of the item and original packaging to Jonathan@splitrockart.com. We address these situations on a case by case basis. There obviously are elements involved in shipping and logistics that are outside our control. Rest assured we pride ourselves on honesty and integrity and aim to make you satisfied with your purchase and will work towards a satisfactory solution.

How do you handle refunds, returns and exchanges?

Due to such a high volume of orders we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If your original sculpture or painting arrives damaged please contact us immediately. Send description and photo of the item and original packaging to Jonathan@splitrockart.com. If we cannot resolve the issue you will receive a full refund (including shipping).
